Salmon With Garlicky Zucchini Noodles

  • 4 salmon items (32oz.)
  • 5 medium zucchini (about 5 cups)
  • 1 lemon, zested and sliced into wheels
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crimson pepper chili flakes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish
  • Lemon zest, for garnish
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray


  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper; put aside.
