Hen Veggie Packets – Purple Mountain Weight Loss

Elements:

  • 4 boneless skinless rooster breast halves (4 ounces every)
  • 2 ½ cups contemporary mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups white onions
  • ½ cup candy pink pepper, julienned
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 3 tsp contemporary thyme, minced
  • ½ tsp salt, optionally available
  • Lemon wedges, optionally available

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Flatten rooster breasts to ½ in. thickness. Place every on a bit of industrial quality foil (about 12 in. sq.).
  3. Layer the mushrooms, onions, and pink pepper over rooster.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper, thyme and, salt, if desired.
  5. Fold foil round rooster and greens and seal tightly. Place on a baking sheet. Bake till rooster juices run clear, about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
