Hen Chorizo & Brussels Sprouts Skillet

Components:

  • 8 oz. hen chorizo (discovered at Sprouts®)
  • 16 oz. Brussels sprouts, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp hen or vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to style)

Instructions:

  1. Warmth giant skillet on medium-high warmth.
  2. Add broth, onions, and garlic powder. Cook dinner till aromatic and onions are translucent.
  3. Add hen chorizo to the skillet, cooking till brown.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts and prepare dinner till comfortable and tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to style. Serve heat and luxuriate in!
