- 8 oz. hen chorizo (discovered at Sprouts®)
- 16 oz. Brussels sprouts, sliced
- 2 Tbsp hen or vegetable broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to style)
- Warmth giant skillet on medium-high warmth.
- Add broth, onions, and garlic powder. Cook dinner till aromatic and onions are translucent.
- Add hen chorizo to the skillet, cooking till brown.
- Add Brussels sprouts and prepare dinner till comfortable and tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to style. Serve heat and luxuriate in!
